What we do
We provide customer research and strategy services to business clients: interviews, surveys, usability tests and related analysis. Each engagement is governed by a written agreement with the client that sets the scope, price and timeline. Nothing on this website is an offer that becomes binding without such an agreement.
Taking part in a study
Participation is voluntary.
The reward for a survey or interview is stated in the invitation you receive. It is paid within 24 hours after the interview, or as stated in the invitation, by an emailed link to a gift card or prepaid card. You do not need to install anything or share bank details with us.
One reward is paid per person per study. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions are not rewarded, and we may remove them from the study data.
If you miss a scheduled interview without notice, we may offer one new time. We do not pay for an interview that did not take place.
Nothing is sold to you in a study, and we never ask for passwords, card numbers or access to your accounts.
Your answers and recordings
By taking part you allow us to use your answers, and recordings you have agreed to, for the purposes of the study, in anonymised form. How we protect your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Using this website
The website is for information. You may not copy its content for commercial use, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Liability
We take reasonable care in our work, but the website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability to website visitors and study participants is limited to the reward due to them. Liability to business clients is set out in the client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion is referred to the courts of Georgia, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. Study participants are bound by the terms in force when they accept an invitation.
