RAY Product Studio is an independent research practice run by Veronika Popova, registered in Georgia as an Individual Entrepreneur, ID 322948316. We run studies for companies who want to understand their customers.
Why we contacted you
You filled in one of our surveys and agreed at the end to be contacted about a longer conversation. That agreement is the only reason we have your details. The survey ran through PureSpectrum, the research panel you’re registered with.
What the interview is
Forty-five minutes, online, at a time that suits you. In English or Arabic, whichever you prefer. You can keep your camera off. Nothing to prepare, and no answer you can get wrong. We want to hear how money and banks actually work for you. There’s no answer we’re hoping for.
How you get paid
Within 24 hours of the call. You’ll get an email with a link, and you choose there how you want the money.
You don’t need to create an account, install anything, or send us bank details. If nothing turns up within a few hours, check your spam folder. It sometimes lands there. Still nothing? Write to us and we’ll sort it out.
Nothing is being sold to you
No product, no subscription, nothing to sign up for. We ask questions and we pay for your time. You can stop at any point, or skip any question you’d rather not answer, and you’re still paid in full.
What happens to what you tell us
Survey answers are analysed in aggregate. Your contact details are used only to arrange the interview. They’re never sold or shared with anyone, and they’re deleted within 60 days of the study ending.
We record an interview only if you agree to it at the start, and the recording goes when the project closes.
