Who is responsible for your data
RAY Studio is the trading name of Individual Entrepreneur Veronika Popova, registered in Georgia, ID 322948316 (“we”). We are the data controller for everything described on this page. Contact: founder@raydecisions.com.
What we collect and why
Research participants. If you take part in a survey or interview, we collect the answers you give and, if you agree to a follow-up conversation, your name and contact details (email, phone). We use them to arrange the interview, to pay your reward, and to analyse the study. Interviews are recorded only if you agree at the start.
Business clients and enquiries. If you write to us or work with us, we keep your name, email, company and our correspondence in order to answer you, deliver the work and keep accounting records required by law.
Website visitors. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.
How research data is used
Survey answers are analysed in aggregate. Interview findings are shared with the client as themes and anonymised quotes. Your name, contact details and recordings are never passed to the client, sold, or used for marketing.
Who else sees your data
Research panels that recruited you for a study receive only the completion status of your survey, so they can credit you on their side.
Reward providers (gift card and prepaid card platforms) receive your email address in order to deliver the reward.
Email, video call and survey platforms we use to run studies (for example Google Workspace, Zoom, QuestionPro) process data on our behalf under their own terms.
We do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Participant contact details are deleted within 60 days after the study ends. Interview recordings are deleted when the project closes. Anonymised survey data and findings are kept as part of the study deliverables.
Business correspondence and accounting records are kept for as long as the law of Georgia requires.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw from a study at any point, and you are still paid in full. Write to founder@raydecisions.com. We answer within five business days.
International transfers
We are based in Georgia and work with clients and participants in other countries, including the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and the United States. Data may be stored on servers of the platforms named above outside your country. We choose providers that commit to recognised data protection standards.
Changes to this policy
If we change this page, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting an active study are communicated to participants directly.
